Amara Osei

Amara broke through this year with a lead performance critics called "impossible to look away from". Trained at the Royal Welsh College of Music & Drama, she spent six years in regional theatre before her first screen role, and brings a stage actor's discipline to the quietest moments on camera. Her festival entry was shot over eleven days in Cardiff on a crew of nine.
